After slept, the stomach is ready to digest healthy foods that will be useful for the mind. Carbohydrates from fruits and grains are the best source of food for a healthy mind and creativity. A healthy morning meal will give us a boost power necessary to achieve level of physical work and high thoughts.

For those who are undergoing weight-loss diet, can eat 1,500 calories per day, with 450 calories in the morning, 600 calories during the day, and 450 calories in the evening. Composition of foods that must be met are carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Only, there were not as many people in general.

Breakfast Tips :
