May 31 is World No Tobacco Day celebration. Various activities and campaigns about the dangers of cigarettes held worldwide to commemorate the day. Each smoker smoked two packs of cigarettes; he has reduced the age for 8 years. Likewise with people who get the smoke from two packs of cigarettes, would reduce the age for four years. although studies show a terrible result, most smokers do not believe it. This is due to the fact that the harmful effects of cigarettes are not the result that can be felt in the short term. Usually the damage it accumulates little by little and after you get directly a few years or decades later. This makes the dangers of smoking on health is difficult to believe.
The most dangerous substances among the 4000 chemicals and gases in cigarette smoke are nicotine. Each time a cigarette, someone put nicotine into the lungs and into his brain. Research has shown that nicotine can cause addiction, like heroin and cocaine. Nicotine can also cause constriction of blood vessels. Narrow blood vessels makes the blood becomes more difficult to flow throughout the body. Organs of the body become starved of oxygen because blood flow is not smooth. This makes the heart forced to work harder to pump blood. As a result, a high blood pressure and the heart become more easily damaged or diseased.
