Each participant got addition food 500 gram of strawberry every days, then their sample blood was took on day 4, 8, 12, 16 and 30 after it.

From sample result, consume strawberry in routine time can increase capacity of hemoglobin or erythrocytes to accommodate content of antioxidants. Other impact, the erythrocytes more resistant to hemolysis or damage caused by oxidation process.

If hemoglobin have good quality, the chance to get disease like cardiovascular, cancer and diabetes can be reduced.
