Ways to Got Your Body Look Shapes

Who does not want to have a good body shape like will smith or halle Berry? Everyone will want has an good body shapes, straight, not bent, and the ideal proportion.

Many people who have a body shape that is not straight or bent. This could be due to bad habits that people did in long time. For example habits when sitting upright or leaning forward, often carrying heavy loads, improper sleep position.

As quoted from an article written by Vera Farah Bararah in detik.com, there are several ways you can do to repair the body shape. Here are some exercises that can be done to correct bad posture such as bending forward or too bloated.

1. Exercises to improve posture bent

  • Doing some stretching exercises (stretching) on a regular basis to help widen the shoulders so as not to lean forward and increase flexibility.
  • Practice standing and sitting position and the spine straight and shoulders where the shoulders are upright with both feet flat on the floor.
  • Put the book on top of the head while standing and walking, arms relaxed at your sides with shoulders upright position. If the book continues to fall then you may need to justify your posture.
  • Keep your shoulders to keep straight all the time, thus avoiding bending and leaning forward when in front of the computer.

 

2. Exercises to improve posture swelled forward

  • One thing for sure is to reduce the seat, try for more stand so that the lower body is able to stretch the muscles. Get used to wake up every sat for 15 minutes and stretch.
  • Sit in a chair with your knees form a 90 degree angle and keeping your back straight.
  • Do the exercise with supine body position and then bend your knees to the chest, hold this position for 30-60 seconds
  • Furthermore, both knees and place your hands on the floor like a position to push up, then lift one knee up. Perform this position alternately to both knees to feel better.

Beside that ways, do regular exercise like running or swimming. Being able to improve fitness, exercise can also make your body shape becomes more attractive.
